"I have got the room 114 at first floor. It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."

"Wir waren als Familie zu besuch und begeistert von der Sauberkeit, dem schönen Pool und v. a. dem gigantischen Frühstück!! Sogar der Kaffee/Cappucino wurde frisch zubereitet, keiner aus einem selfservice Automat. Die Auswahl war wahnsinnig umfangreich, so dass ich mich am Abend schon darauf freute. Was uns auch gefallen hatte, dass man abends draußen sitzen konnte und man konnte sich an der Bar etwas holen. Ein kleiner Wehmutstropfen, es liegt etway abseits und das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig....

"Our host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She helped us book a private boat excursion and obtain the pass for the park which included most access fees and bus. The property has exceptional views of the sunset, a beautiful balcony and cave living room to use anytime. "Nous avons adoré cette chambre, très bien située et très propre. On pouvait s’asseoir sur le bord d’une fenêtre pour observer l’océan et le coucher de soleil. C’était merveilleux! Quelqu’un est venu nous chercher à la gare pour nous montrer le meilleur chemin pour ce rendre à la chambre et il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour! "Loved my stay at La Zorza! Super easy to find—right through the pedestrian tunnel from the train station and just a few steps uphill. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect since the entrance is tucked behind a restaurant and up a short staircase, but it ended up being a great surprise. "O hotel é uma casa que fica bem no alto do morro, até acho que na parte mais alta da cidade de Lá Spezia. tudo novíssimo: quarto amplo, super limpo, moderno, e o banheiro também. Em perfeitas condições e super agradável. Um único ponto a destacar em muito importante: fica localizado no Alto do morro e nem ônibus chega até lá. Para quem não está de carro, como nós que não sabíamos a distância, se tornou bastante difícil. não fosse a boa vontade e simpatia proprietária que nos levou dois dias...
