"Very much a travel hotel convenient to airport and highway. In a mixed industrial agricultural area. Mountain view nice. Staff helpful but hotel sparing on extras, like a kettle or coffeemaker in room. Room had stale smell of cigarette smoke. A/c good. Breakfast good but not real dairy in coffeemaker. Comfortable room except for stale smoke smell. Window opens. Quiet, at least on mountain/field side."

"Because of a large party, there initially was no parking. Staff initially made no effort to help. Again, because of large party, we were given very little attention when trying to check in. "The hotel is in a great location near the lake. The room was fine and had a balcony. The breakfast was good, as was dinner but you are advised to get there at 19.00 when it opens. The staff were mostly fine, it would have been nice to know about the extra costs for the sauna before getting to the wellness centre, the swimming pool was great though."
