"Check in was a nightmare...one member of staff to multiple people waiting in a line.....dust around tv and no bag in bins or properly clean rooms.no info about ev charging and more annoying was car park was full yet when i popped out just for 5mins my spot was taken...parking should be allocated per room"

"Steve and Claire are amazing, it was a pleasure staying at The Clifton for 2 nights, perfect location to the pier, seafront, pubs and bars. Rooms very clean and tidy, everything you need. Breakfast was brilliant, very accommodating with food choice changes. Cost was more than reasonable and the far better than expected for the price. Comfy beds, quiet area and we slept brilliantly. "On arrival, gave our room key and shown entrance when pub shut how to use everything etc. Put in a room which was fine but had tape down across the floor to the bathroom. When we asked for towels, Tommy apologised and said we should not even be in that room, so he helped my husband move to a bigger and better room. Tommy could not do enough for us. Breakfast has lots of choices. You just have to ask as there's no menu. Again Tommy brilliant with service and prompt delivery. A very happy chap. Id...
