"It’s a beautiful, quiet location right on the water, with great hiking in the area, The rooms are rustic, pretty clean but could use some updating. The grounds outside and the buildings need some general maintenance and a little more up keep, I think it maybe hard at times to get the required help ..."

"The whole property was dirty and run down. Dirt in the carpets and what I believe mouse droppings. No amenities were open including restaurant. Property so bad chose not to stay there at all. Was told property was in partial receivership."

"Although an older hotel I found it clean and comfortable the 4 times I have stayed there over the past 5 or so years. The owner is delightful and very helpful.
