This was truly a 5 star experience - staff were great and super helpful with bookings and recommendations. location was fantastic. The beach was shallower than expected - but would be amazing for kids or elderly bathers.

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. The man at the front desk who checked us in was so polite, helpful, accommodating and they spoke both English and Italian. They also allowed us to shower in a room after we had checked out, since our flight was not until 7:30pm. They booked us a private car to pick us up at the Santa Teresa ferry port which was over 90 minutes away. I only had to email the hotel to request the pick-up which was nice and easy.The pool and the rooms are extremely clean. The free breakfast is better than any hotel I have been to, with a wide array of choices. There private beach section is right at the hotel and has lounges, with built in umbrellas. I will return to this hotel and highly recommend.

Great stay. Loved the beach, clear water and white sand with a chill vibe and not too deep right away. You have to pay for the beach chairs and umbrellas, which is unfortunate and can get expensive. Drink service at the beach could be more frequent. Limited parking but we it was available for all the stay. The overall area is great, lots of walking and dining options. Staff was super nice (except for the lifeguard, he was always grumpy). Drinks and food were also really tasty but a bit pricey. You pay for the convenience.

From the front desk check in with Matteo, to breakfast, lunch or dinner service with Emanuel and cocktails service overlooking the ocean with Mercedes we couldn’t have been more looked after and pampered!! The property is absolute paradise and the people who work there are so sweet and wonderful, add to that the food is delicious. Hopefully we will be back again!

Hotel is beautiful. The rooms are redone. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful. Our AC was not working and they quickly moved us to a new room. Restaurant Blu was a perfect final meal in Italy.

Paradise on Earth. The hotel is immaculately clean and luxurious. Amazing views and the private beach is awesome. Finally, I really commend all the staff we came across, they are extremely courteous, helpful and professional. We will surely be visiting again.
