We had a lovely friendly welcome from the managers of the let, they were happy to share their recommendations and were always helpful, there is even a free washing machine which was brilliant when travelling with young children. Google translate is a wonderful tool, to help us find what we needed and to communicate with the staff in the restaurant and shops. The apartment we rented was perfectly fine for us as a family of 5 and basically furnished, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, we self catered and all we needed was provided. You do need to pay extra fees on arrival but these are clear if you read the booking information before you book so we expected these. Also remember that almost everything closes between 1 and 5 on the island so be prepared to plan your shopping etc, on the day we arrived we had to have a drive around to find a open supermarket to get drinks and snacks before our local shop opened but it was ok,We were near the restaurant and this wasn’t a problem for us, the atmosphere was lovely and we had a great sea view and a lovely terrace. Our daughter is coeliac and the managers directed us to nearby places that could cater (including the close beach bar) . The local supermarket was friendly and well stocked. The small beach nearby was lovely, quiet and safe for young children, so nice to swim in the warm water. You will need a car to get the most out of the area, we visited different beaches and the city and enjoyed a lovely kayak tour during our stay.

Good apartment hotel with friendly staff

This apartment hotel has very friendly staff that is always ready to help and solve any issue that might appear. Beach, restaurant and grocery store can all be found nearby. The apartment was overall good and comfy. We travel quite a lot and we're used to find some more necessities in the apartments than we did this time, though. For example there was salt or pepper there and only one roll of toilet paper. The towels also wasn't included in the price which might be a good thing to know when comparing prices.

Super endroit si votre intention est d’y rester plusieurs jours ou plutôt semaines ..cuisine avec équipement cependant aucun sel poivre …alors préparer votre épicerie , Plage et lieux géographiques extraordinaire belle plage et vue impressionnante J’aurais aimé y passer quelques semaines Vous avez une épicerie à quelques pas , deux restos Je suis aller au resto à la plage qui était excellent et abordable Si votre intention est de visiter moindrement LOUER VOUS UNE AUTO … Je recommande pour les personnes qui reste pour plus de 4 jours et recherches le repos 😌

La posizione é comoda per visitare sia la parte più a nord di Olbia che la parte più a sud. L’alloggio dove siamo stati non é come nelle foto presentate, anzi l’arreddamento é piuttosto vecchio. Simonetta und Stefano sind TOP Managers: professionell, freundlich, hilfsbereit, ortskundig. Vielen Dank! Die Wohnung war nicht so gut ausgestattet. Ich habe ihnen eine Liste gegeben, mit den Sachen, die fehlten. Wir mieten lieber eine Wohnung, weil wir auch gerne kochen. Auch der Bauzustand in Küche und Bad braucht eine Renovation. Ansonsten ist aber die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, die Sicht aus der grossen Terrasse fantastisch! Wir haben die ruhige Tage, die familiäre Umgebung und die schönen, zu Fuss erreichbare Stränden und die Restaurants in der Umgebung genossen. Tante grazie!

Très bon accueil de Simonetta et Stefano, qui font tout pour vous mettre à l'aise et vous donne plein de bon conseils! Merci à vous! Appartement 2 chambres avec très belle terrasse et magnifique vue sur la mer. Vaisselle basique pour passer son séjour. Il manque juste un micro-onde et le WIFI dans l'appartement (disponible uniquement à la réception...). Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Nice and quiet place

This place is peaceful, beautiful and convenient with children. Restaurant near by, with god food and latte macchiato👌. Small quiet beach nearby, or bigger 5 minutes with car. Special thanks to amazing people at reception, very friendly, very helpful an nice people (Simonetta & Stefano). Only one downside for us- no WiFi in room, everything else was perfect👌

Leider waren wir in der Nebensaison dort. Bis Ende September ist was los, danach hat alles geschlossen. Die Anlage ist in einem guten Zustand mit direktem Strand, alles wunderschön bepflanzt und mit super Aussicht in die Bucht. Die beiden Mitarbeiter (Simonetta und Stefani) an der "Rezeption" waren mega nett und hilfsvereit, haben für uns rumtelefoniert. Wirklich ganz toll und kundenorientiert. An der Stelle einen Lob! Super Wetter bis 27 Grad gehabt.

Po druhý raz užasna dovolenka v Baia de Bahas,.

Bol to náš druhý pobyt v tomto rezorte. Dostali sme aj rovnakú izbu ako minulý rok za čo musíme poďakovať Sonii a Stefanovi. Rovnako ďakujeme za príjemne privítanie a celkového spríjemnenie pobytu. Keďže sme prostredie a služby už poznali nič nás neprekvapilo a celý pobyt sme si výborne užili. Už teraz plánujeme o budúcoročnú dovolenku v tomto rezorte.

Best customer service ever!

Myself and my friend (two girls) were staying in a homely studio apartment at the bottom of the complex, so luckily we had a bit of a sea view from the balcony, but a bit of a climb back to the reception. We were welcomed by a couple who run the place (and possibly own it). They were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, even though English wasn't their first language. They spent hours trying to sort things out for us (like taxi, etc.) and they looked after us even outside of working hours when needed. The apartment was clean and cosy. Close to a local supermarket, a restaurant and a beach (50m or so). The wifi was available in the reception only, so we had to use mobile data during the whole trip, not a problem these days, but for some it can be expensive. There were also additional charges for a set of towels, cleaning, etc., so have it in mind when booking (it has been stated on the hotels page though). At the time we were staying (mid June), not much was going on (out of season), but it had also pluses, as not many people on the beach. However, it was lacking of a night life and for that you would probably have to go to Porto Rotondo or other resort to find it. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we will never forget the kindness of the couple who runs the place. Thank you Simonetta and Stefanos and greetings from Ewa and Agnieszka!

They charge 10 euros per person for towels that are only a set of 3 for a full week and the tap water is not good for drinking they gave us 2 bottles of 2 liters for 3 adults for a full week . I will never go back to this place again, they try to sell you trips to places that they take big comisión.
