"Stubborn insistence on a 4:00 pm check in. Did not expect special treatment but we had flown all night. Clerk insisted the hotel was full. No visible evidence of this. Room was clean but sparse, no fresh coffee and no ice. "

"This is an excellent property for a family of four, or even five if you use the sofa bed. The building is brand new and very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was that there is only one AC unit in the living room. Since the apartment is so large, I'm not sure if that would be enough to cool the whole place during the summer."

"Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!"
