"This place is worth the money, but it's a 2*, so you can't expect much. You have 10 min to let them know if anything is wrong. I found out the aircon didn't work, but we were headed to an event, so didn't report it. I'm sure they would have found me another room, but we didn't feel like repacking and we were only there for one night. My suggestion. Is to che m the aircon right away if it's hot out. The staff was very accommodating."

"This hotel is in the midst of a major construction upgrade. We had one of the newly upgraded rooms which was very nice. The whole property, including the lobby, is essentially a “construction yard”. All be it off to one side, there was a huge pile of boxes of construction materials in the lobby. “The breakfast” was virtually non-exsistent - consisting of no more than two or three choices of cereals and a tub of apples and coffee. We had no advanced warning that the hotel would be in is state. We...

"Staff is easy to deal with ,but the rooms need major up keep. Plugs not secured to the walls, no smoke alarm present . Window has no lock and was falling apart. Shower had good pressure but leaks heavily and no hot water to the sink."

"Cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was good although would have liked a healthier cereal choice. Room was adequate. One bed squeaked with any movement (staff was made aware). Hairdryer did not work. Sink area very confined. Bath tub was chipped and sink was cracked. Elevator did not work for the two days of our stay and as we wanted 2nd floor were unable to maneuver our luggage. Staff were very personable."

"The home owner provided everything that you will need from a simple thing to a big one. So don’t worry if you forget something. All in there! All I want for that place is tidy and quiet! - my temporary home. A wonderful experience for family to stay! Best recommendation for friends! "

"We booked and paid for a double Queen room and got double beds instead. The lamp in our room was completely broken, you could lift at the shade and the entire light fixture part would lift up. Half the outlets in the room didn’t work, made for charging multiple devices difficult. "

While the check-in area feels a bit dated, we were placed in the newer building and the room itself was fantastic—spacious, very clean, and with a great shower. "This property got rid of Starbucks… They really need to put in another coffee shop. They have this little restaurant and you can go in and ask for a basic coffee, but that’s it."
