We were fortunate to get a deal which was affordable and convenient for us. We were in a 2-4 bed room which was comfy and met our general needs. The property is quite old and you get what you pay for. I would still stay as it is very close to Harbour Town and was easy to locate. If you're on a budget and just need a place to sleep while you are visiting the GC and enjoying the sites then this is a reasonable place to stay.

Overall, a very spacious motel room, that was free from smells and was neat and tidy. In a good location and with easy access. However, the TV didn't work. A new one was supplied the next day (though the smart tv hasn't been set up, so couldn't access this). The powerpoints were very limited in the room. Nothing seemed tagged and tested (and seemed old), including the power cable provided, when the powerpoints were too far away from where my device needed to operate. There were two separate lights out/broken, the fridge seal was not intact (door didn't close propely) and on the last day of my stay, it completely came away from the fridge. The jug was very old and would benefit from being replaced. There were two separate lights out - one in the living room and one in the bathroom (above the mirror). Perfectly adequate stay, however is in need of a lot of upgrades and refurbishments.

The freezer was too tiny to store ice cream! Otherwise the kitchen overall was okay. We liked having the sheets changed daily, & kitchen bin emptied daily. General air-conditioning, ceiling fan & opening windows gave a good choice of air flow options depending on the temperature. Comfortable & clean.

The property and our room was very clean, neat and tidy. I was very impressed how roomy it was with a very cosy kitchenette. I would've liked to have access to the laundry room 24/7, but I found a laundromat just up the road. We were there for a volleyball competition but unfortunately by the time I was ready to do the laundry to wash the uniforms for the next days competition we couldn't access it. Apart from that I will surely be returning if we have other competitions at the Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium.
