Great location next to a tram stop. Room does need more attention prior to guests arriving as it could have been cleaner, should also have an additional blanket in the robe it got quiet cold at night

Enjoyed our stay. Family of 4. Apartment was excellent and in a good location close to Surfers Paradise and a tram stop right out the front to go further. Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Car parking a positive being free of charge.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Colonnades. The apartment was modern, bright and very big. It had a nice and quiet balcony with a great view. The pool, heated whirlpool, gym and sauna were great too. Everything was very clean (room and common areas). We would definitely come and stay at Colonnades again when we are in Gold Coast.

Walkable distance to cavil or the tram stops right out front of building.as most rentals there is wear and tear in the room but overall value for money its just a place to sleep end of the day. Traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids a trundle bed was provided for 3rd child which was nice(have had blow up beds at prievious hotels) Will stay again

Easy access, close to lots of great places. Loved sauna pool and spa. Great value. Comfy 2br unit. QBed a little old and firm but slept well. Toilet paper is terrible, recommend motel swap brand , and guest byo.

Very basic, simple self contained apartment, equipped with washer/dryer stove and fridge but had very limited other amenities such as toilet paper and bottled water was required as water quality is very rough. Friendly staff and balcony views are breathtaking. Tram stop right outside door, shops and dining within walking distance and a variety of delivery options also available. We enjoyed our stay overall.
