"The staff were amazing, my accommodation and resort was lovely and clean. Could not fault anything."

"Great hotel with great breakfast buffet, so much choice. Location was perfect 10 mins walk to beach and tram stop opposite hotel. 2 small pools either side of hotel so always having sunshine! Only issue was our toilet didnt flush properly, mentioned it to reception who sent a plumber out straight away but after he had gone still didn't flush properly! But all in all would definitely stay again and would recommend."

"Hotels tired, beds uncomfortable and needs a good refurb. Location is good. Pool area nice. Lobby is soulless. Great activities for the kids for Easter however no engagement or animation from the staff. On the staff, they seemed generally disinterested which is unlike an Accor hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay again. "
