Great location

The place is run very professionally, it's clean and friendly. some of the people that stay there aren't quite the same and are very noisy and inconsiderate early in the morning

it was advertised on your website that free wifi was available. There was no wifi at all! I had work to do and booked it as it was advertised as free wifi in all rooms. your customer service did NOTHING to rectify this!

Kirra is one of the best places to stay, it’s close to everything including one of the best surf point breaks in the world, staff are fantastic, amenities are clean and a great pool, prices are good, 5 stars

Location nice, clearly some airport noise as expected since it was so close. Pool and kids play area were great.Only real issue was the shower which was raised during our stay. Would stay these again.

This is my go to accommodation in Coolangatta! It’s comfortable, clean, affordable and the staff are friendly! Great location near the airport, transport and walking distance to the beach and shops. I love the pool for relaxing and cooling down.

it was a very friendly place, lots of campers with there dogs. the villa was ok. the bathroom door wouldn't shut. (it was a sliding door) only way to shut it was to put face washer under door. reported it, but in the 14 days we were there it wasn't fixed. Also its light a 5am , so blinds on windows need a rethink.

i booked via a wotif special thinking i was getting a great deal, looking at the photos linked to the booking but made the mistake of not reading the detail so stupid me. However, the photos shown when booking the single room lodges are a total misrepresentation because they show the facilities from the Villas. Beware, the single room lodges don't even have a kettle & basic utensils. also, bring bug spray because the mozzies will eat you alive

Perfect location for airport

Our stay started on a bit of a sour note with a condescending and slightly rude lady at reception checking us in. However the room was nice and clean with everything we needed. Make sure you ask for the free WiFi though. We had to go back on the second day and were told that although it’s free, they don’t give out the password unless the guest asks for it. The location is amazing if you need to get an early flight. It’s a 15 minute walk away!

room wifi did not work. I couldn't log on to the server. it didn't bother me because my cell data plan was more than enough but I can see how it would be an issue for someone else. the room was basic but clean and suited my quick trip purpose for the price.
