Amazing stay! Activities for all ages! Very family friendly. staff were great, approachable and helpful on arrival and departure as well as during the daily activities. Short drive to the beach and other Goldcoast recreation. Short walk or drive to the shops for supplies.

Perfect place for our young family to spend a week. The pools are safe and clean, along with great playgrounds for the little ones. The Rainforest Retreat was just right for us.

Absolutely loved the activites with miss kelly my 3 year old and 6 month old really enjoyed it the macaws on the other hand are hilarious the ones which talk. Loved the surroundings it is a pitty that it was raining during most of our stay but other than that was amazing staff all friendly as well

Excellent for families with little touches in the cabin such as extra dishclothes, towels, tea towels etc. Pool was a hit with the kids and we were happy that Woolworths was a short walk for the few things we needed. We would stay again!

Wonderful place to take your family. We loved all the birds that look healthy and well looked after. We stayed in the macaws mansion, it's was very clean and well kept, we did have a dishwasher that didn't want to work and they moved us to another macaw mansion. Very happy with staff and park.

This was a beautiful stay. The pool area and grounds around the park were lovely and well kept. The unit we had was set up well and very comfortable. The maccaw birds were stunning colours and lovely to hear. Would love to have stayed longer.

A beautifully maintained property. Our townhouse accommodation unit was immaculate and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly, informed and helpful. I loved the aviaries. What a bonus!

I wasn’t keen on the location but once inside the village, you completely forget where you are. The cottage we stayed in was exceptionally clean! However the cottage had a stench that no amount of airing would help. It was especially worse in the room with the bunks, so my child had to sleep in the main room with me. The grounds are well kept and the pools are beautiful and clean. The birds are gorgeous but I don’t agree with caged birds, especially the amount that’s at the village. Miss Kellie was absolutely amazing. BYO coffee is a must as all the complimentary Nescafé sachets in the cottage were still in date but the granules had all turned grey/black and were covered in mold. Little issue with the security door not being able to be locked. Overall was happy and would still consider staying again.
