"Very cute place, but the live room tv doesn’t work and it’s not a king size bed it is two twin beds together, also on the picture showing 4 sleeping pillows when you get there is only two flat foam pillows. The shower bar is following of the wall and the a/c makes a lot of noise. They have coffee machine for expresso capsule only and you can’t strain the coffee."

"O Hotel Crystal é uma estrutura antiga em Goiânia que passou por algumas reformas, mas ainda deixa muito a desejar em termos de conforto. Elevador: Há apenas um elevador disponível, e ele é extremamente demorado, o que gera bastante incômodo, principalmente em horários de pico. "Começa pela recepção atendimento péssimo demorei mais de meia horas para fazer check in depois quando entrei no flat ar condicionado não funcionava tive que descer pedi para alguém subir arrumar a porta também estava com problema geladeira do flat também não funcionava levamos bebidas e nem tomamos porque não gelava e nem papel higiênico tinha !!"
