"Good"

" Nice, clean rooms, staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and caretaking"

"I liked the overall stay very helpful staff and well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent we had good breakfast so that we can have a light lunch. Swimming pool was nicely maintained and all amenities was good. As they have buggy service to the banolim Beach till 6 pm in evening you have very good access to the beach as well to enjoy the evening sunset. Overall very satisfied with the stay"

"This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. The chef made a very special dish for us which all of us loved and made us feel very very special. He ensured we had a great time and enjoyed talking with him. A must visit place."

"Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby"

"Safe room' "

"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor. This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff. "I stayed at the Azaya Beach Resort and originally booked a 7-night stay. However, due to the extremely poor condition of the hotel and multiple safety concerns, I checked out the following day and booked another hotel instead. Upon check-in, the shower in my room was not working. I informed the staff and asked them to fix it while I went out for dinner. When I returned, nothing had been repaired, and worse, my room had been left unlocked with three laptops, my passport, and other valuables...

"Nice relaxing few days. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Great pool, well maintained. Location OK but a 20 minute walk to Colva beach along busy roads. Very helpful staff."

"Just all round, bad service. No one to clean the room, refresh the bins. Had breakfast included for 1 week... Tried 3 times to have breakfast... I just gave up. I just went somewhere else because I was already waiting+25 minutes on all 3 occasions. I've had food in the restaurant in front. It's all dry and reheated"

"The only thing about the hotel is the fridge doesn’t work n they keep leaving water everyday. We have stayed here twice but the pool this time wasn’t very clean."

"This is marketed as a two star hotel and us very well. We were waiting for our king term accommodation to be ready so we're booking rooms here day to day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room nice and clean "

"A safe and quiet place to stay"

"We did not use the pool but it appeared very clean. The rooms were very clean. Staff were top class and always willing to help. "

"Amazing stay"

"My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10. The staff was so helpful and so willing to arrange a...

"Ok personal trevliga men inte det samma med underhållet Av hotell För två år sen bättre"

"Alt var fint undtagen at han ikke vidste at jeg kom. Alt var optaget og jeg blev henvist til et andet sted i 3 dage, så i skylder mig 600kr. Det var helt okay med mig og alle var søde og rare, men jeg kom selv til at betale for det andet sted. Har selvfølgelig regning. Lad os ordne det når jeg kommer til Danmark istarten af april😊"
