He was the most polite and welcoming person I’ve EVER encountered during checkin. My wife and I travel very often and he really stood out. I can’t find any faults during our stay. Wonderful breakfast and so quiet that we joked that we were the only people in the hotel but we weren’t. This is our new hotel for our frequent Houston trips. Maybe we’ll create a trip just to come back here. EXCELLENT ALL AROUND "
