"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"Everything was fine until we arrived at the so-called hotel. It's more like a banquet and wedding venue. It says there will be something until 11pm. but we find the door locked, the phone number. When we called, only a Polish-speaking person answered. For those who don't speak Polish like me, it was difficult to understand what was being said. I received instructions in a text message. There was only me and my family in the whole house. A bit uncomfortable. But everything was clean and tidy."

The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "
