"Great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for something a bit special. The views over the Tower of London Bridge were fabulous"

"Incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and so lovely with our children. We enjoyed the spacious room and the swimming pool was amazing. When we returned from being out in London the staff were so welcoming back and went above and beyond to make us have a wonderful luxurious stay. We didn’t do the breakfast and there are lots of cafes and restaurants near by. We particularly enjoyed itsu right outside! Recommend you walk up the road opposite the hotel to the quieter...

"Fantastic staff, great amenities in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay! 10/10 recommend"

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Everything about this hotel was pure perfection. It was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. It was beautiful and outstanding. The whole hotel was spotless. There...

"No issues. Good location."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"Very friendly welcome, comfortable interiors and a delicious breakfast in bed!"

"The location was very good. The room was very small, had to rearrange it to be able to put our suitcase. Staff was friendly."

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Fantastic location for the city and historical sites nearby. Really good room although we booked a superior queen room and were given a standard queen room. The ladies at reception tried to fob us off but the pictures online were very clear. This was quickly rectified. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to be able to order lattes without having to pay extra. I found the restaurant/bar room to be a little chilly. Staff were all really nice. I also liked that water was replenished in your...

"Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again."

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"Great location- 15 min walk to london bridge underground station. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of options for restaurants and groceries. The room is a good size. Kitchen amenities are good but there was no toaster. Overall I would recommend and stay there again."

"Gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage. Ganz in der Nähe einer U-Station"

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."
