"There were good and not so good issues here. Negotiating our arrival was a challenge with a very stiff (& not obvious) gate catch then steep narrow concrete steps.Hot water had issues! And there was not much of a seaview from this so called Seaview Apartment! No instructions on how to work the oven/hob, the microwave or washing machine. The bathroom was damp & showing mould on the walls & with a window that wouldn't close! The bed was comfortable. The only way to get hot water to the sinks was...

A note to help others is the town closes at around 4:30pm so you will have to go to the next town over to find a restaurant that is open. "We had a great stay in ballycastle. The staff were the best I’ve probably ever had from the girls at check in to the lovely Australian woman at the bar who couldn’t do enough for us. We will certainly be back soon. Great value also and food was amazing especially breakfast "

Would return and recommend!

"We had a lovely stay! All of the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. Great vodka martini from the friendly barman (thanks.), and nice meal with generous portions. We had a superior suite which was so spacious. The coffee machine wasn't working - needed descaling - but after they came to have a look at it they brought us a pot of lovely coffee in our room which was much appreciated. My only suggestion would maybe be to update the mattress, it was a bit bouncy for me and my slightly knackered back but fine for one night. Would definitely stay again and recommend."
