"Great location near Grand Central with easy access to transportation and major attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet for Midtown Manhattan. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would recommend to anyone visiting NYC."

"Really charming place with lovely staff and a delightful cafe for breakfast coffee and croissants. My room was perfect, small but well appointed with desk and chair, lovely bed, vintage dresser, very comfy towels and linens and pillows. A/C & heat were easy to adjust; shower was piping hot, luxurious. Room overlooked enclosed courtyard garden, so it was quiet and pretty to look out into trees. Slept like a dream. Highly recommended."

"MSocial is reasonably priced for a nice hotel a few steps off Broadway. It has a view of Times Square from the 5th floor bar/restaurant. Had a little problem with our initial room, but the manager was very helpful in moving us to a better room. All in all, we would definitely stay there again."

"They charge a resort fee that was never disclosed. What’s surprising is that there isn’t actually a resort on the property, just an old gym. They also charge guests to store their luggage on the day of departure, which is something I’ve never encountered before. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful."
