"This was my 5th stay and each time the standard has remained high"

"The hotel itself was nice, though not quite as new or pristine as the photos suggest, showing a fair amount of age and wear in places. While the decor was nice, our bathroom had broken tiles and a badly stained toilet. On the positive side, the receptionist kindly allowed us an 11:00 am check-out and upgraded us to a third-floor balcony room with a side view of the sea. The bed and pillows were luxurious and comfortable, the complimentary macaroons were a nice touch, and the room overall was...

"Clean rooms, nice and quiet. Although this may have been because I requested an upper floor. But that request was granted as was our request to check out at midday. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff very helpful. However, the whole check in process--getting keys, getting into the parking garage, and...

"Wir haben uns mehr erwartet. Auf den Fotos sah es modern aus, aber das Zimmer war nicht modern und das Badezimmer äußerst klein. Es könnte definitiv modernisiert werden. Es hat aber für uns gepasst."
