"The hotel staff were very helpful, I mistakenly booked the wrong day and only realised when I was on way to the hotel. The staff were excellent and just re-assigned me without any extra cost. The hotel itself is comfortable and within 5 minutes walking of Glasgow International AirPort"

"I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Glynhill Hotel; the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for me.
the rooms are beautifully presented and clean (the toilet was a little bit of a squeeze - but I am a big fella)
the food was amazing, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the restaurant to the room service.
the pool was in perfect condition and not too busy, which was a help.
I would definitely stay here again."

"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational.
the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. My only disappointment was we were only staying for one night and not many more. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness and helpfulness. Our room was amazing too! We were visiting family in the area so it was only a short walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back."

"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. "Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi.
Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful.
We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. I counted walking through 8 fire doors before...
