"The hotel staff were very helpful, I mistakenly booked the wrong day and only realised when I was on way to the hotel. The staff were excellent and just re-assigned me without any extra cost. The hotel itself is comfortable and within 5 minutes walking of Glasgow International AirPort"

Comfy bed, king size, shower was fantastic pressure and plenty of wash stuff available Check in was a joke, if its known the system and staff cannot handle busier event days, having guests wait an hour to check in after check on opens for their rooms to be ready is a failing on management. If you're booking a stay during an event, arrive an hour after check in to avoid feeling pie'd off"
