"Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber. Das Zimmer zwar recht klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders einladend: Auf dem Flur roch es durchgehend unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Das Frühstück war leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – sehr lieblos und qualitativ schlecht. Aufgrund des schlechten Frühstücks und des Geruchs im Flur würde ich hier nicht noch einmal buchen."

"J'ai été logé apparemment dans ce qui semble être une pièce cloisonnée de la réception. La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous avec des odeurs émanant de la salle d'eau faite en hâte. La télé ne marchait pas et la climatisation non plus, dans cette canicule parisienne. Le bon point a été le réceptionniste qui a été aimable et disponible malgré l'heure avancée."

"The room given had a washroom that was for a person with disabilities, which is not convenient when no needed and all water gets everywhere. I was not able to step into bathroom again after taking a shower."

"We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG."

"Could be my favourite hotel. Ever. The staff(owners) are lovely. Gave a tour of the wine cellar which was SPECTACULAR! Like a cathedral. The decor was brilliantly done. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated w all new fixtures. The garden patio was out of a movie. Beds were king size and perfect. I have never stayed in a hotel with more attention to detail. And the town is the most perfect medieval town I have seen in France. We had dinner at Henri IV square...

"Sadly we didn't get to spend much time around the hotel as we had so much planned, however it was in a beautiful setting and the morning continental breakfast was lovely. The family room we booked felt a little tired in places and could do with a little TLC/maintenance just to bring it back up to standard. There was half a curtain missing in the living room, which we'd been told was fixed when we came back in the evening, but it was still missing. In the end we managed to pull the outdoor...

"Modern layout. Room was complete with kitchen with all plates, pans, and cutlery, and dining area. Main lobby was welcoming and comfortable. Terrific hotel!"

"Bij een Ibis Budget-hotel kun je niet veel verwachten, maar vergeleken met andere Ibis-budget-hotels was dit wel even slikken. De kamer had duidelijk onderhoud nodig en was erg vies. Zelfs het bloed zat op de gordijnen. Vroegtijdig vertrokken."

"We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off"

"We only spent one night in Chantilly: great location - center of town, near market, near chateau. The facility was very clean, the room and the bed were comfortable. The staff and the breakfast were amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast: it was great! Thank you!"

"The restaurant staff was terrible. Forgot to bring a salad I ordered, had to ask for service settings to eat, non attentive staff during our meal. The breakfast buffet was much much better. Beautiful room with a great view. Very cool to stay in a castle with a moat."
