"Immaculately clean room with a great bathroom. The kitchen area has stove top and microwave oven but it's useless because absolutely no kitchenware is provided. In the cupboards and drawers there was just one mug, one bowl and one fork. No pots, pans, plates, knives, spoons or anything for preparing food. Nothing for washing-up either. At least there were towels in the bathroom, but no soap. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was a bit flimsy, meaning the April nights of my stay felt a little chilly. Location is a 40-50 minute walk from the Guggenheim Museum."

"Airport Hotel with minimum requirements. Ok to wait for a fly. Only one card for the room and Hotel don't supply more. Temperature in the room way to high for April. Difficult to sleep du to high temperature."

"If you go to Bilbao, this is the Hotel to stay. Is Not extremely expensive, but is spectacular in any other ways. Staff is super, everything is very clean all the time and the restaurant is top notch. We came in a group of 5 and had a great time here. Very close to the Old Town center (about 20 minutes walking) Overall, great place to stay."
