"We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. "

"Had a lovely stay at the Ammonite guest house. The hosts were very attentive. The parking was either just outside or a space for a car around the back. Warning, it's a very small lane, wing mirrors in! 😂. The breakfast was very filling. Lots to choose from. Would definitely book again. "

"Absolutely loved our weekend at the Dower House! Amazing location surrounded by nature, the building is so beautiful and our room was huge and had every comfort. All the things you don't find in chain hotels are here - four poster bed, comfy sofa, coffee table and chairs sat amongst a wonderful backdrop, dark and quiet at night for a great sleep. And not to forget the amazing and genuine owners, Tim and Rosemarie, and Teresa who served a great breakfast "

"Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed and excellent shower. Superb views across to the hills behind the village. Very nice toiletries provided and excellent tea/coffee/hot chocolate in room facilities with biscuits! I really enjoyed the comfortable residents lounge which was unexpected but a nice place to relax and read a book (motor racing or vehicle enthusiasts will enjoy the book selection). "This is a lovely hotel. We didn't know what to expect and upon arrival, were delighted by the decor, cleanliness, and the professionalism of the manager who greeted us. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all of the basic amenities that we would expect. Breakfast was next level. A full English breakfast, including a full gluten-free and veggie option with doorstop toast. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future, and can't recommend it enough if...
