"Amazing staff! Friendly and professional environment. Clean sheets, duvet and pillows. Clean bathroom. Definitely recommended. If I ever visit Gisborne again I would go and stay in again. ❤️👍"

"Would not recommend a stay here and suspect that the glowing reviews online are false! Definitely not quiet or clean! Carpet very stained and lots of condensation on all the windows. Windows were open when I arrived (around 7pm) and I promptly closed them. I wished I could open the windows later ..."

"The furnishings are a little dated and the Shower over the Bath was tricky, however the rooms were spacious and with Heat Pumps in the Lounge & Bedroom we were very warm. Plus having a Washing Machine & Dryer was great."
