The room has everything you need. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Central location. Highly recommend for a relatively low-cost, pleasant stay."

"Fantastic location right by the Duomo and Elephant Square. Hotel itself is slightly faded splendour but clean and comfy and staff were helpful. Bit of a drag having no lift and a room on the 3rd floor but staff carried our bags up for us."

Big comfortable size compared to London hotel rooms. Did not try the breakfast …. But many restaurant options nearby…Nicola gave us a great restaurant suggestion."
