"Local bonito e tranquilo. A zona da piscina é boa. A casa é de bom tamanho e todas as pessoas foram muito simpáticas. Só temos uma coisa a apontar: para uma família que fica 16 dias, deveriam fazer limpeza e aspiração pelo menos 1 vez por semana, embora de 3 em 3 dias fosse mais adequado. Apenas mudaram os lençóis de cama e toalhas 1 vez, sem limpeza. Pelo que se paga, esperava-se que limpeza fosse feita. "

"Loved this hotel. Arrival was warm, welcoming and we had a lovely welcome drink. We then went to our room (room 8, a superior double). It was absolutely stunning. We had 3 balconies with magnificent views over the caves. Breakfast was within a cave (our room wasn’t - although was still sandstone and beautiful, without the damp issues of being in a cave!) - with a lovely choice including ample gluten free options. "Excelente hotel!! Súper ubicado, personal muy pero muy amable y nuestro departamento increíble!! Limpio, moderno, muy amplio, cada habitación con un balcón, el baño súper grande y cómodo. Perfecto lugar para una de las ciudades más hermosas de Italia y para una estancia larga. La relación calidad- precio excelente. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y volvería sin duda!!"

"Room was clean however the shower lacks an enclosure so the water from the shower fills the room. Air con powerful. Clunky check in - waited for code from owner, no prior communication."

"Our stay in Polignano a Mare was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, offering breathtaking views of the sea right from our suite. Cosimo (manager) was exceptionally friendly and responsive, providing clear instructions on where to park and even upgrading us to a beautiful suite with best and amazing view. The experience was comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!"

"The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."
