The hostess was a wonderful person and the historic hotel in historic centro Gijon had several great opportunities that we appreciated. My only negative comment is about the bed we slept in. It is very old and needs to be replaced.

The room was NOT clean. There were hairs on the bathtub, and everything was covered in dust. There was some dirt and mold on the bath sink and bathtub.
I was supposed to be in a non smoker room, but the bathroom was stinking so bad that I have to close the door, and couldnt leave any personal item there.

La estancia ha sido excelente, ubicación perfecta, aparcamiento zona azul gratis apartir del medio dia en finde semana. Trato expectacular por el servicio, comida de calidad típica de la tierra, sin duda un lugar muy pintoresco.

Al principio nos dieron una habitación horrible: mucha humedad, sucia, fea y oscura. Al decirles que no podíamos dormir allí, nos cambiaron a otra con mejores condiciones. Muy bien ubicado y buen trato. Le falta una reforma en mobiliario y mucha más limpieza.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado pero la limpieza era inexistente, en especial en el baño, había manchas que se notaba que eran de hace bastante tiempo. Debajo de la cama mejor ni mirar. Honestamente, nunca habíamos estado en una habitación tan sucia, lo cual es una pena porque es un alojamiento al que se le puede sacar bastante partido.

En la pagina para reservas pone que "se invita a desayuno al contratar online", pero no dan desayuno, ya que la apertura es a las 12:00 h. de la mañana. Es un sitio muy bien comunicado, pero muy dificil estacionar, (zona azul) y el Rincón de Jovellanos es una sidreria y tapas, por lo que es visitado por mucha gente. Ruido hasta cierre, pero la atención es muy buena. Las facturas no las hacen en el acto. Solicitarlas al entrar.
