"We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay there again. The room was spacious, the bathroom was huge with a wonderful soaker tub. The room and bathroom were spotless. Great location within a short walk to the main square, parking available very close by and less than a 5 minute walk to access the train. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, as was dinner the one night we ate at the restaurant."

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The property is perfectly located in a historic building and square that is lively with people. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Peaceful sleep. Only annoyances were a loose toilet seat, and a clogged bathroom vent fan, which was ineffective as a result. Why don’t hotels regularly check these kinds of things? Also, to get into the hotel you must run a gauntlet of restaurants and their touts, including one for this hotel, who try to get you to eat there."

It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. "The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."
