"As you would expect from The Ritz everything was excellent, but it was the small details that really impressed me. Like the bags I left with them before check in, were already taken to my room when I did check in. The cool scented towels in the gym and the speed of the in room dining was very impressive."

"The bus stop is just right in front of the hotel - and underground is a stone throw away, can't get more convenient if you use public transport. Hotel is nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Overall EXCELLENT!"
"The only great thing was that it is in the shopping center area. Other than that, it was not worth the money, services is terrible, the reception which was a lady seemed tired and not ready to greet the guest at all. The place is more like a room renting only and nothing else comes with the price. If i knew , i would rather move to Mariott which is only across street from the hotel. Too bad they made us paid on the first day of arrival even before we can see the room!."

The Level experience was superb and the staff in the lounge were fabulous. Other staff members we came across elsewhere in the hotel were also friendly making our stay in Berlin a great experience overall. "
