"I can’t remember the name of the front desk girl who helped us, but she was fantastic. She worked very hard and was always friendly and accommodating, remembered our dog’s name, and even came to our room to take a look at our AC unit. We loved Zilker Brewery and Spicy Boys Chicken, Suerte was delicious, and I loved the convenience of having a Royal Blue Grocery across the street for snacks. It’s not the most quiet at night, but that’s to be expected on E. 6th. Overall, I would definitely stay...

"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "

"Property was nice and instructions for access were clear but: - they didn't clear under the bed and it was full of dust - although there was a coffee machine and grounds, there were no filters in the apartment - the air conditioning was too strong and although I messaged the number they shared no one responded for the full week I stayed."
