"Beautiful historic property with a luxurious and modern take on period details. Fireplaces were cozy on a cool damp getaway. Breakfast was lovely, and homemade 4pm cookies were a thoughtful treat. All staff were kind and approachable. We could easily walk to campus and the downtown. Would happily stay again. "

"Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

"The kitchen had everything you would need to make any dish, clean, the fridge had no stock and only 1 coffee pouch, the parking was great and easy "

"Continental breakfast was fresh and had a decent variety. We would have liked more options for common allergens (ie dairy) but otherwise it was good. The room was comfortable. Only complaint is the slew of text messages during our 24 hour stay that I somehow signed up for. "

"Room was out dated and in poor condition. Wall plug sparked a lot when I tried to plug in my charger. They stuck us next to laundry room which was noisey. Internet was terrible. Bed was old and uncomfortable."

"Not very clean lots of hair from previous room users, mysterious fluids on the fabric walls. The duvets they have are just between two sheets so I'm guessing there's no get changed between people and are in contact with their bodies. Good location. Bantu box breakfast was better than some continental free ones. Central location of course. I got a good deal on a Sunday night so was acceptable but if I pay a lot of money for this room I would not have been happy. "

"This is a renovated hotel, of course there are some outdated items, but rooms are spacious and definitely clean. The water flow in the shower is very weak. Plenty of free parking. Check in and out process had some hiccups, maybe the staff are new! Overall, the hotel is good and I would consider staying there again assuming prices are reasonable."

"The staff there was amazing. The coffee machine was awesome. Everybody was really friendly and nice and it was great. I loved it there."

"The check-in was done with efficiency. The key card envelope needs to be changed. It looked old, dog-eared, and well-used. The carpet on the stairs needs vacuuming; there was visible dirt on the floor on every stair. The front glass doors were very dirty with fingerprints and dirt. The first room we were given had an open window that would not close - no latch to close. We were given a second room, which was fine. The room seemed clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean, but the bathtub...

"maintenace guy knocked on our door at 8am to fix a broken bathroom door handle and bathroom door guide… woke us both up, seriously he should have waited until check out to come and fix that stuff…!i did tell him to come back after we left."
