"The property etc was fine but had a really poor welcome. Unfortunately we were delayed and weren't aware we needed to contact the motel to advise. We received such a rude response from the manager that had we not already paid the bill would have turned around and left. It's completely unacceptable to be spoken to in that way for anyone let alone from a manager to a paying customer. Would not stay there again."

"Good location...off street parking with supermarket across road.Our unit was recently redecorated by the look and presented clean and tidy.Room serviced each day as well.Having 2 TVs was an added bonus."

But they still offered to make us food, and let us know what we could have within the timeframe. Would have loved to have had more time in restaurant/bar, as it looked so inviting. "Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling...

"It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking "

"The sheet in my room was never changed the whole 5 nights I stayed at the hotel. I booked a single bedroom but was offered 2 rooms."

"Very convenient location for what we needed (next to Due Drop). Restaurant downstairs which we dined at twice - good food, fair prices. And also located next to lone star and a few other shops. Easy to get to off motorway. "

"The staff ae very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a big rain storm that somehow leaked into my room from the walls and I found myself rearranging the furniture to stay dry at 1 a.m. LOL not the hotels fault but a bit of a shock. They were very good and offered me another room for tonight."

"It’s a good apartment to stay for a couple of days but the location is not great. No shops/restaurants nearby. You definitely need a car. "
