Staff were lovely and proximity to rainbows end awesome. Other than that I’m not sure I would go back to be honest. Quite run down, one room had a very dirty loo, blocked shower and funny smell.

Stayed in a family room. Price for 2 adults and 2 kids was great. Very convenient location for an early airport departure. Great location for a visit to Rainbows End or Westfield and a choice of eateries on your doorstep. Staff were very lovely and helpful and room had everything we needed. The room was just very tired and in need of a little TLC to get it back to its former glory. Bed linen and towels were spotless

Only really used it to sleep, beds were comfortable and heat pump worked. There is noise from the motorway ramps as to be expected and the place is a bit rundown and tired but you get what you pay for I guess.
