Everything is perfect especially with the customer service via WhatsApp. Only problem I had was the toilet smell, probably due to drain pipe.

The view from the balcony is beautiful, able to see the mist, clouds and mountain. The room is very spacious we didn't even need the living room actually. The hotel staff responds very fast through whatsapp, it is very easy to book the shuttle bus through whatsapp and front desk which is especially helpful since getting a grab to this hotel is very difficult. However on the 2nd night our door lock ran out of battery so we couldn't go out because the door couldn't be locked. The corridor can be pretty eerie at night too since we were the only ones staying on the level. The lights were also sensor-based so it took quite a while to detect movement and in the meantime you will be surrounded by darkness.

The room (31st floor) came with an amazing view. Room was clean when we check in.

I was given a mountain view room from the resort but faced a construction instead. Every morning I'm given a "morning call" by the contstruction works going on that lasted throughout the rest of the day.

Service is good but location a bit far from the main attraction and it doesnt help with the confusing shuttle bus service that required prebook but no staff informed us abt it at all...definitely will give it a miss despite the big room and helpful staffs

Awesome view, great service. 👍👍👍

Very responsive and friendly manager/owner, easily reachable before, during and after stay. Simple, clean and spacious apartment, some tidbits, coffee/milo included. Hot/cold filtered water dispenser makes it easier, no need to spend time boiling water. Amazing view. Pictures attached are views from our apartment. We are also entitled to free shuttle offered by the hotel, use of facilities like pool, kids club n gym. Highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable & lovely apartment with a quiet surrounding & beautiful view of Genting. Everything is clean in the room, bathroom, hall & kitchen. No complains. Great having tv in the room as well in the hall. Definitely no fights over what to watch. Hope the owner will consider to provide a microwave in the future since some of us might still be hungry late at nite/early morning & need to indulge over hot meal instead of just instant noodles. There's few construction happening along the way but not to worry that it would spoil your holiday as it's not so noisy & dirty.
