Stay somewhere else

We arrived at around 930pm from the airport. The house did not even have a bottle of water. If you are arriving at night, stay somewhere else. Needless to say, we wen to bed hungry and thirsty. Because this is located in a remote area and restaurants close at 10pm. Cleanliness needs improvement, the bathroom floor was very dirty and I even saw pubic hair. So gross to step on especially when you have kids.

Hi Veronica , thanks for your valuable feedback. The home stay is located at the new area, but there is a 24 hours convenience shop just right in front of the building. Our truly apologize for the cleanliness in the unit that you experience. We will look into this and improve it. Have a Good day!

No front desk which makes the check in process complicated.
