Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgable about the area, giving us a map and highlighting the best places to eat and drink.

"Tolles Hotel mit fantastischen Spa-Bereich und Pool mit Blick auf den Rhein. Wir hatten eine Hero-Suite mit Dachterasse. Auch diese war den Preis wert. Lediglich passende Sitzkissen für Lounge und Stühle waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist absolut super. Alles was das Herz begehrt.
Lediglich dir Rheinalm für das Abendessen war din reinfall, da komplette überforderung herrschte. Wir haben 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und leider war das, was dann kam, nur gut und nicht total...

"This was a wonderful hotel that I wish I could have enjoyed for longer. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms did lack outlets but I believe that is because it is older. The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. I was happy I could easily rent a bike at a low cost for the day from the hotel.
