This hotel is in a great location, ten minute walk from the Olympic museum as well as the chocolate museum. 15 minute drive/taxi from to airport makes it great for getting your holiday started as soon as possible

Good location, front of house helpful building a bit tired. The safe had to be fixed and the door came off and trapped my son in. We had a view of the satellite display as well which wasn't great despite an upgraded room. Breakfast and service is amazing, the bar not so great... Not bad.

We only stayed here one night, but the hotel room itself was very great. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had a great kids area where the kids could stay and play and it was a very short walking distance to some great cafés in the morning. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well.

Staff were polite and attentive. Room had stained/dirty carpet and nose bleed from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very expensive if not booked in advance but had an excellent selection of different types of breakfast food. Location felt safe but not close to much except for the Chocolate Museum. Overall, I felt the hotel was fine but overpriced for the location and quality and I would not likely choose it again.
