Poor communication

Beautiful apartment, clean and well set out but had major problems with communications - on arrival only 1 set of access codes sent when a 2nd was needed, and on 2nd night we could not access the apartment as lock was faulty - advised we could go to another apartment but we had no belongings, no phone chargers and my husband needed urgent meds which were left in our apartment. Finally after numerous calls someone arrived after 1hr, accessed the flat using key and left it with us for rest of stay

The apartment was small but fine for two. It was very clean. Close walk to Old Town and lots of restaurants It does not have a washer and dryer. Just a washing machine. The washer leaked but plumber said we didn’t close it properly… not sure it should work at all if not properly closed. The shower head did not work and the knob to turn from head to hand held was missing totally. So only shower was with a hand held that didn’t have a wall mount at all. Worse shower experience ever! The check in was convoluted and finding the parking space was extremely difficult but once found, it was a great space. The check-in requires a smart phone and an understanding that you are dealing with a property management company. That said, it was a first for us. If we encountered it again, we would understand the expectations and assumptions. All in, the apartment is fine… just fine…. It hasn’t been updated for more technology, shower was a disaster and tv is not accommodating to English only speaking occupants. Space and locations and price are the outweighing pluses. Also, know if you asked for an apartment with parking, the price does not include parking. A separate charge was assessed when we asked for our parking space number

Great place, very close to the Old City. The apartment is modern and elegant. The parking on the ground floor was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fin lejlighed lidt udenfor centrum

Boede i lejlighed 124, som var rigtig fin og levede op til forventningerne. Fredeligt område 5-10 minutter udenfor centrum af Gdansk Havde dog store problemer med kommunikationen med "Sun & Snow"

Leider waren die Bettwäsche ( Bettdecke, Kopfkissen, Matratzenschone) total verdreckt ( große gelbe Flecken und teilweise noch Harem drauf) und nach dem wir das gemeldet haben wurden nur zu Teil neu ersetzt (nur die Kopfkissen). Die Kaffeemaschine war ohne Kanne, und es wurde innerhalb einer Woche keine neue bereitgestellt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werden wir die Wohnungen nicht weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was nice, clean, reasonably priced and had every amenity we could possibly need. The location was great, being just a few minutes walk away from the Old Town. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a weekend away I would recommend booking with them.

Nowe osiedle bardzo blisko centrum. Parkowanie darmowe na osiedlowych uliczkach (ale dość ciężko o miejsce w pobliżu), jest możliwość parkowania w podziemnym garażu.

Na krótko za drogo, na dłużej niewygodnie.

Mieszkanie w bloku na nowym nowoczesnym osiedlu. Świetna lokalizacja i dostęp do budynku. Na osiedlu kilka restauracji gdzie można zjeść śniadanie lub wyjść wieczorem na drinka. Objekt jest zarządzany przez firmę Sun&Snow zlokalizowanej na osiedlu. Otrzymaliśmy tylko jeden komplet kluczy co nam trochę utrudniło nocne manewry. Opłata za sprzątanie zdecydowanie za wysoka. Na krótki pobyt zdecydowanie nie warto. Kanapa nie nadaje się na dwie osoby. Nie jest wygodna i na dłuższą metę słaba jakość snu. W mieszkaniu oprócz mydła do rąk nie ma nic co oferują hotele. Nie polecam.
