Worst service

I travel significantly across Europe for work and this is one of the worst experience's I have had with either and Apartment or Hotel ever. 1. Apartment had not been cleaned when I arrived - did not set a great start but the cleaners were there quickly and apartment put right. 2. Advertised 'With Parking' - picked this one specifically as had a car for my trip - only to be told no parking 3. No clear instructions on actually getting into the apartment block, yes you have a card to scan to enter but no idea where it needs to be scanned. 4. Had to call the contact number around 20 times before someone would answer - upon answering I was just told you need to call office in morning and then the women hung up and would no longer answer - luckily security guard on the apartments showed me what I needed p.s. that is not the security guards job, this is residential apartments. 5. Information on the back of the door of the apartment is incorrect and out of date. WiFi code is not the correct one for the modem in the apartment - fortunately I know where to look, others will not. 6. Upon advising the company I was not happy, they were not interested, no questions of why or what could be improved. The apartment and location are excellent, the service and organisation leave a lot to be desired.

Mye bra, noe dårlig

Stor leilighet, supert område å bo i. Fint basseng. Særdeles dårlig service-innstilling hos en av damene som jobbet ved svømmebassenget. Konstant pottesur og oppgitt. Snakket ikke engelsk. Vi skjønte ikke hvordan man fikk nøkler til skapene i garderoben og måtte i flere dager bære alle klær etc inn til svømmebassenget. På slutten var det en annen som jobbet der som fortalte at vi måtte levere inn leilighetsnøklene for å få utdelt nøkler til garderobeskapene. Var også mye party-bråk i helgen og håndklevarmer fungerte ikke på rommet. Men alt i alt mer positivt enn negativt.

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, man konnte fußläufig die lange Straße, in der sich der Neptun-Brunnen befindet, erreichen. 1 min entfernt vom Apartment gibt es ein Żabka-Geschäft. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenso klasse. Wir können uns nicht beschweren. Zwei kleine Anmerkungen gibt es dennoch, denn wir hatten anfangs große Schwierigkeiten beim Öffnen der Eingangstür, diese hat erwas geklemmt. Zudem muss man beim Einchecken und Auschecken ein wenig gehen, da die Schlüsselübergabe woanders stattfindet. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt top.

Beautiful apartment in walking distance of everything in Gdańsk. Swimming pool jacuzzi sauna on site which we used. Also has a small fitness area. Woyld definitely stay again

Dåligt bemötande, modern boende

Vi var framme kl 21.00, på den adress som vi hadde, ingen fanns där för att ta emot oss, tog taxi till annan området till deras konto, för att få information och nycklarna, deras konto var avstängd, fans ett lapp med ett tel nr på. ringde vi till nrt. Vi fick vänta 30 min på gubben som skulle hämta nycklarna , det var kallt och min son var så kissnödig. Tog taxi tillbaka till första adressen. Vi kände oss ovälkomna. Lgh var fräscht och modernt. Sängen var ej så fint. Simhallen var väldigt rent.

Weekend i Gdansk

Jättefina rymliga lägenheter, med ett bra läge. Sköna sängar. Vi hade balkong mot floden, där det är sol på EM. Pool i källare. Andra gången vi bodde här, tyvärr var nyckelhämtning/lämning någon km bort den här gången. entréhallen är bemannad, men räkna inte med någon hjälp, personerna som arbetar där är på gränsen till otrevliga. Kommer troligen bo här igen

Top Lage - Service & Wohnung leider nicht

Die EG-Wohnung Szafarnia 11 (A1) liegt sehr zentral in Danzig Altstadt - alle kulturellen und kulinarischen Einrichtungen dieser tollen Stadt sind schnell erreicht.Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme - Probleme sollten folgen: In den innenliegenden Badezimmern gab es nur schimmerndes Licht, da die Deckenleuchte 1/2 funktionierte und die Lampen am Spiegel nicht funktionierten. Es gibt auch nur ein Badetuch pro Gast und 1 Handtuch pro Badezimmer - echt jetzt ? Ein Handtuch fehlte. Telefonisch mehrmals den Service versucht zu erreichen - nach 4 Mal Glück gehabt. Ansonsten wird man aus der Leitung geworfen, wenn man länger klingeln lässt (oder es ist ein technischen Problem). Lampen und Handtücher reklamiert. Am Folgetag wurden die falschen Glühbirnen vorbeigebracht und kein Handtuch. Zusätzlich mussten wir fesstellen, dass die Betten KEINEN ordentlichen Bettlaken hatten! Ekelhaft! Die eine Bettseite hatte einen zu kleinen Laken und die andere Seite hatte einen Deckenüberzug als Laken liegen? Sorry was sollte das ? Erneut telefonisch reklamiert - 5 Mal versucht bis Anruf engegengenommen wurde. Man hat nicht wirklich verstanden worin unser Lakeproblem bestand (ich bin Muttersprachler) - einfach unverschämt abgewimmelt - Beschwerde ans Managemnt zu leiten. (Motivation der Mitarbeiter scheint ja riesig zu sein). Weitere Mängel: Kaffeemaschine/Treppenlicht/Duschkopf kaputt, Vorhänge/Couch schmutzig (Flecken), Sicherungskastentür abgerissen, Teppichböden/Treppen ungeputzt!

Her betaler du bare å får ingen ting . REN SVINDEL

Helt håpløst å sjekke inn. Kom kl 15:00 og det tok flere timer å sjekke inn her. Totalt kaos fikk ikke nøkkel . De sa at den var på vei etter flere timers venting. Mange frustrerte kunder i kø for å klage på forskjellige ting . Betalte 500 nok i depositum og de pengene så jeg aldri noe til og bodde der ikke engang. Etter lang tids venting fikk vi beskjed å gå til leiligheten uten nøkkel å henvende oss der . Da vi ankom adressen ble vi møtt med et stor spørsmålstegn hva vi gjorde her og heller ingen adgang til leilighet.Fikk nok og tok inn på Hilton

Take it or leave it!

The property was in a good condition and quite modern. Typically for European properties there was no ventilation. We did not expect a full air conditioning but at least ventilated bathrooms. No window covers in my son's bedroom. "Take it or leave it! Nothing we can do." - said the management representative. So we just left one day earlier. In conclusion: we do not recommend this listing.

Fin leilighet men dårlig renhold

Stedet ligger veldig sentralt. Men ingen kopper og fat var skikkelig vasket. Var kaffikanter i kopper, melkerester og annet i glass og fat. Damen som satt vakt i spa rom var rett og slett ufordragelig. Hun latet som hun ikke kunne engelsk, men vi overhørte hun da hun snakket engelsk når hun klagte på gjester. Når ikke polsk talende gjester skulle inn og bade så sa hun at det var fullt, men da det kom polske gjester så slapp de inn.

Efter afhentning af nøglen og ankomst til lejligheden brugte jeg meget lang tid på at lede efter indgangen, efter 15 min søgen ringede jeg til de 2 service telefon numre, men de blev ikke taget! Øv. Da jeg så endelig finder en indgang, efter jeg spørger nogle lokale som i øvrigt også har oplevet at andre også ledte indgangen, kom jeg endelig ind i bygningen. På nøglen står der et nummer og en lejlighed, men skiltene i opgangen viser heller ikke på hvilke etager lejlighederne er. Der måtte jeg bare prøve mig frem, en etage af gangen. Jeg mødte et andet par i elevatoren og se havde oplevet samme problem, det er nok en generel ting, det er svært at finde ind i til lejlighederne, samt rundt når man endelig kommer ind. Lejligheden var rigtig fin og ren, god størrelse og bare ligetil og brugbar. Der kunne godt stå nogle flasker med vand i lejligheden, det var der desværre ikke. Jeg ville gerne overnatte der igen, men de ville gøre det godt med klart skiltning af indgang fra gaden, samt inde på komplekset

Great location on the marina just a coupke of minites walk from the bars and restraunts only downsode was we had no fobs to access the spa even when we rang the office to ask we where told they should be in the room when we rang back we where told 1 hour but they never arrived we was there for 4 nights

Besviken

Det var fint rum och så som det såg ut på bilderna. Tråkigt nog ganska obekväma sängar. Poolen som vi åkte dit för att utnyttja var stängd, utan att vi fått något meddelande om det. Gick inte att få tag på uthyrarna per telefon. Kompensationen vi fick var inte hälften vad vi fick betala när vi fick gå till ett annat ställe som hade pool.

good furniture and design, service needs better

Well, many things are good, but many should be much better, it was hard to find a working phone number, when i showered up at the appartment, i was asked to walk a 15 minutes walk to check in there and then come back, the apartment was nice, but few things should be better. paying a higher price and chosing deluxe flat means the tv should be a bit better, not under the stairs, maybe some speakers to listen to music, and so on, it felt so basic, the lights of the bathroom stopped working when i was showering, it took long time to get them fixed, even the wifi stopped working

Great place, I will come back but they need to improve check in system, they didn't guve us basic infos, no keys for parking garage for which I paid and we couldn't use it and they charge 100zl for cleaning but it wasn't clean as it could be, but still perfect location and nice place.
