The location was the best thing about our stay. We booked a room with a Jacuzzi tub- however there was not one ounce of warm water. Not any for the tub and not even any for the shower. Bed was comfy and clean- and the fireplace also was not working. So for the location- great- was very disappointed about the water.

Staff very friendly. Property in need of upgrades. Elevator out of service, and did not look like they were making any attempts to fix it. Under ground parking was constantly leaking water from the ceiling, was under the pool. Walkways outside the rooms had standing water for three days and there was spots you could see the re-bar. Door to room had a 1/4 inch gap near the bottom on the lock side.

Place is dirty, has mold and water damage in multiple rooms on the third floor, unsure of other floors but I’d also assume they do as well. However the only good thing about this place is we were given a full refund and the staff were understanding of the issues found in both rooms.

This property has seen better days, The only great thing i can say about this Hotel is the bed was very comfortable, the location was in walking distance to all the things downtown has to offer as well as being close to the walking spur in the park and the National Park sign and...The Broken elevator helped me get my steps in every day walking up to the 3rd floor multiple times a day. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the price aligned with the hotel level.
