"Strong points are: beautiful views; spacious room; quiet; clean, staff cheerful and eager to please. Weak points were: shower/tub requires a mat or something to avoid slipping on the floor of the bathtub; owner will surely get sued if not fixed. Secondly, the TV requires 2 remotes; instructions given were totally inadequate. Matthew and I worked together to produce a clear simple instruction sheet which he says he will distribute to the other rooms."

"I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached."

"There was nothing about the appearance upon my arrival but once inside the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was better than I expected. Would stay again."
