"Way too expensive for the rooms and the lobby can get very crouded on the weekends which can be a bit annoying. The gym was great"

"Me gustó la limpieza y la atención,además la ubicación es muy buena,en muy buen lugar"

"We arrived to our room with the toliet off of the toliet. The bathroom was very dirty and dusty. Overall for the amount we paid it was not worth it. The beds squeaked everytime you sit or lay on it. The floors/carpet had stains on them. Overall I will not be staying here again. Very nice lobby area however."

"You have to bring and prepare everything yourself, as there are no amenities or equipment provided."

"By far the best thing about the hotel was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was not crazy about the breakfast but it was free so can’t complain too much"

"Good"

The hotel was super clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
