The hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The staff was superb. The food outstanding.

Hotel was amazing; the breakfast and facilities were good. However, most of the staff members were cold towards us making us feel unwelcome possibly due to us being younger. Additionally other guests kept staring at us adding to us feeling unwelcome. Therefore I recommend if over the age of 21 or as a family.

The hotel was excellent, staff , facilities and location make this a wonderful place to stay . But our disappointment in the service from Expedia is hard to express , dreadful .. Totally impossible to get hold of them and when our flight was cancelled we could not talk or email them .

Faultless Stay

Everything was spot on, the hotel, staff, food, facilities and just to add ive never stayed in such a clean hotel. We stayed in room 118, standard LV room with balcony and our cleaner was faultless and such a lovely lady. Bravo everyone, we will be back asap!!

Excellent Stay

Great stay. Arrived early and made every effort to have the room ready before check-in. Fantastic view from the terrace and the room. All the staff were excellent. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough.

Nydelig beliggenhet

Dette hotellet passer svært godt for eldre og pensjonister! Live-musikk på tirsdag og fredag som spiller gamle klassikere og tilrettelagte forhold. Selv om reisefølget mitt og jeg er i midten av trettiårene hadde vi også det veldig greit. Vi hadde rom med balkong med nydelig utsikt til Gardasjøen, og kort vei til strand og restauranter.

Convenient location

It was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We had a front lake view which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was adequate for two people, although the bathroom was long and quite narrow, having to squeeze past the basin and door which didn’t open fully because of the handle. Not enough plug sockets. These are constructive issues and in no way spoilt our time in Garda.

Great view, easy walk to town and ferry

View from the front facing room was fabulous. Front desk was incredibly helpful with a number of issues. Room was roomy, clean, bed was good and bathroom clean and good. Breakfast was fantastic so be sure and get it. Staff were very attentive. Walk into town was easy and very close to the ferry. Have dinner at La Losa - we ended up eating there multiple nights. Highly recommend this well located hotel.

Garda ☀️

Staff are extremely helpful, food delicious, hotel small and very clean. On edge of town centre which is a promenade walk, close to ferry’s. Free parking and bike hire at hotel.

We stayed only one night and could not really explore the area and enjoy the pull, but this is an amazing hotel. Room was great, breakfest was AMAZING, overlooking the lake. Staff was very nice. There is a free parking which is very convenient if you have a car .

Lovely hotel

My daughter and spent 4 nights at the hotel and were very happy with it. The location is really good and is overlooking the lake. The breakfasts were fantastic with a great choice of food, as were the dinners which were really good value also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay at Lake Garda.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Walking distance from the city center, clean, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. The beds are harder than expected but the room was spacious and with a beautiful view.

Weekend gateaway

I booked a special gateaway as by birthday treat and I did mention it in my booking confirmation but it was ignored. During check-in the lady at the reception was a bit grumpy but it’s ok. The room was super small but this is what we booked. The hotel is nice and very well maintained. In case if we ever come back we will be booking a larger room. The one we were in it was difficult to move around as it was too small. The breakfast is good.

Tolle Aussicht beim Frühstück von der Terrasse, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Unser Zimmer war eine Enttäuschung. Die Größe hätte sicherlich für eine Person schon beengend sein können, aber für zwei Personen war es eine Zumutung. Zwischen Bett und Schrank hat ein schlankes Bein durch gepasst. Zwei Koffer zu öffnen im Zimmer ist schlicht unmöglich. Im Bett gab es nur Laken, haben eine Decke bestellt, welche dreckig kam. Frühstücksbüffet war nicht zu klein, aber das meiste schmeckte leider wie vom Vortag.

War alles super. Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Nur der Parkplatz beim Hotel war begrenzt und war laut auf dem Balkon durch die laute Klimaanlage.
