"Rooms were one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. Two TVs, clean bed and bathroom. It was absolutely phenomenal! Staff was super helpful and friendly and the breakfast there was one of the best just wish there was more bacon!! Plenty of parking and there is a clean pool and jacuzzi. Only things that were okay was the Air conditioner in the room was far away from the bed so it wasn’t doing much and the shower doesn’t have a lot of pressure but other then that a A+ hotel!!!!"

"We love this hotel! Unfortunately, this time the stay was not so pleasant! The main issue was a baseball tournament was being held in the community and this was there place of stay. The children’s unsupervised behavior was out of control in the lobby and breakfast area. I know kids will be kids, they’re just having fun, and all that but their behavior was affecting others and staff and the hotel did nothing. Spitting water at each other and all over the floor, using the whip cream can to spray in other people’s mouth, dropping full plates of food on the floor and leaving it, is not kids being kids. That is unsupervised disrespectful behavior. Screaming and running around having pillow fights in the lobby, banging on doors and walls. A strict rule of adult supervision in the breakfast area is needed!!!!! I felt extremely bad for the kitchen staff who had to clean up after these kids! Ridiculous"

"Check in was at 4pm and when I went to check in at 4pm I was told our room wasn't ready. They said I would get a call when it was. 20 mins went by and I went back up and said we need our room we have dinner reservations at 5pm. We finally got in our room around 4:30 which meant we had 10 minutes to get unloaded and dressed to make it to dinner on time. Then we order wings from the restaurant at 9:30pm. I went to go down stairs to pick them up. They said they were behind and would be another 15 minutes. So I went outside for a few minutes and then all the sudden th fire alarm was going off. It was 10pm at night. Everyone had to evacuate. My husband was with my 3 kids in the room who were already sleeping. It was freezing and raining outside. My children were terrified. The fire department came and it took almost a hour until we were able to get back into the building. No explanations, apologies, nothing. Then the next morning we wake up and take the kids to the indoor water park. It was packed, no seats or tables. They didnt even have a general pool swim in. Then all the sudden the lazy river had a squirrel in the water. The hotels security showed up to get the squirrel out of the water. So basically the whole water park was shut down. Not a great experience and pretty disappointed. I definitely feel like they should accommodate all of the guest for the inconveniences that happened on May 23 2026."

"The hotel itself was fine, BUT there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were out of control! Parents were worse than the kids. In the future, I will ask if any sports teams are staying at a hotel before book. Even the hotel staff was at their wits end. Parents today need to mind the behavior of their children and respect other hotel guests. Totally unreal the disrespect shown this weekend to other travelers."
