"Hotel is right in the most action-filled areas of Kyoto, but as soon as you enter the lobby, it is peaceful. We had a party of three adults, so we booked one of the adjoining set of rooms, providing the luxury of two baths. Breakfast had good variety of Japanese and Western items, not quite as refined as other comparable hotels during our trip, but quite enjoyable. Pro tip: the coffee machine in the lobby next to the breakfast room makes better coffee than the one in the breakfast room. Overal, great visit. Would recommend."

"There is only 1 laundry washer and dryer, but that didn't seem to be any problem. The breakfast was not something I would opt in for again, but it was convenient to have. The space, staff and location was superior. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was great, very clean and helpful staff. Breakfast food was very good - only recommendation is to get to breakfast early. The breakfast room is pretty small and gets full fast. Also, the location is not directly accessible by taxi, but can be ready with a very short walk after dropoff nearby."
