"Everything in the hotel shuts by 9pm"

"I just needed a place to stay before an early morning meeting in Pohang. The Swiss Bella was perfect especially for the affordable price. Clean, spacious, and it even had a pressing closet (see pictures)! Walking distance from Express Bus station."

"Big hotel without a gym! The bed and pillows could be more comfortable. "

"Great hotel for its price, just a short trip from the beachfront plaza and downtown."

"Good"

"Clean room and nice staff but…. We stayed for 4 nights and we were told there would be no cleaning. Whilst I don’t have a major issue with that, it would have been nice to have been provided with more towels as they were insufficient for 4 people for 4 nights. It would also have been nice to have more than 2 toilet rolls for a family of 4 for 4 days rather than me having ti go to reception and ask for more! But the main issue is that I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised...
