"The whole hotel and room was a bit dated and would benefit from an upgrade. The bathroom didn't feel totally fresh as we found some hair and dirt in the corners. As the hotel is not staffed, we didn't come in contact with any staff during our visit. In the mornings we saw the cleaning crew but that was it. The breakfast was good as it offered all the basic things."

"We had a four night stay in Norrköping for a music festival and the Hotel President was nicely located between the station and the festival venue. On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming and all the members of staff we encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a separate sitting area with a sofa, wardrobe, large flat screen tv, extra towels and pillows in the wardrobe, a desk and chair and a good size, comfortable bed. The windows were large, making the room light and airy. Breakfast featured a good selection of hot and cold food and drink and, although my partner and I have very different views on what constitutes a good breakfast, we both ate extremely well."
